Delivery within Germany
Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders with a minimum order value of EUR 150.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight and are displayed during checkout.
Delivery within the European Union
For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total order weight and are shown during checkout.
International delivery (outside the EU)
For deliveries to non-EU countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total order weight and are displayed during checkout.
Weight limits and freight orders
Orders with a total weight of up to 60 kg can be shipped using standard delivery methods.
Orders exceeding 60 kg require an individual freight quotation. Please contact us for shipping arrangements.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually ready for dispatch within 1–3 working days after order confirmation,
or within the individually agreed dispatch time stated in the order confirmation.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Advance payment
Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are processed on the basis of advance payment.
Order processing and dispatch preparation begin after order confirmation.
Order confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent by email after the order has been reviewed.
This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order and may include individual agreements regarding prices, delivery times or shipping arrangements.
Value-added tax (VAT)
For customers within Germany, prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
For business customers within the European Union who provide a valid VAT identification number, deliveries are made tax-free under the reverse charge mechanism.
For customers outside the European Union, prices are shown net of VAT.
Payment deadlines
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is payable immediately after order confirmation.
Right of offset and retention
The customer is only entitled to offset claims that have been legally established or are undisputed.
