Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer or a third party nominated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

By means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of the decisionto withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the notification is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

No Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Business customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB) are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.
